Slurry Sealing / Micro Surfacing
Our modern equipment has been specifically designed for use on New Zealand's roads. Our ability to manufacture and supply emulsion allows us to manage the process of aggregate and emulsion compatibility and provide services to remote locations.

Basecourse Construction
We operate a large fleet of graders, water carts, vibrating and static rollers to meet our clients' pavement requirements. Combined with the ability to provide surfacing applications, we offer a service second-to-none for a seamless and timely project.

Pavement Stabilization
We provide a stabilization service to meet contractual requirements inclusive of lime, cement, KOBM and foamed bitumen. Modern, powerful equipment is used to achieve a prompt and quality job.

Milling
We have invested in a modern fleet which enables us to excavate to any level to prepare for construction or surfacing.

Hotmix Manufacture
We operate modern environmentally friendly asphalt facilities. All plants are equipped with bag house dust extraction systems to ensure minimal contaminants are discharged into the air. Our manufacturing product range is from fine carpark and pathway mixes requiring aesthetic appeal (Mix 6, Mix 10) through to commercial and structural mixes requiring strength (SMA, AC14, Mix20HB). We are focussed on re-use and the environment. Since 1992 our plants have been processing and utilising RAP in certain mixes ensuring that our commitment to conservation is more than a statement of intent.

Emulsion Manufacture
We manufacture and produce a wide range of Cationic emulsions. Our plant is mobile and can easily be relocated to meet client needs or meet requirements for large volumes. We manufacture emulsions for sprayed applications through to slurry or micro surfacing.
